Ready to register? Hang on a second… just a few last minute instructions.
- The $50 deposit is non-refundable. We do have significant up-front costs and the deposits cover our expenses in the case that children back out at the last minute.
- Sometimes our registration system can be a little confusing. If you have registered for an event at Gateway before (lock-in, kids baptism class, women’s retreat or dudefest) you should have a login and password. If you forgot it, you can enter your email to retrieve you user name and password. Otherwise, you can create a new account. Once in the registration page (that lists the members of your family) you can select children who fall into the camp age range (3rd-5th graders). You will have to register one child at a time, but you can register multiple children in just one transaction. Once you’ve entered all the information about your child (yes, it is a lot of information) you will be given the option of paying in full or just the $50 deposit. Once you’ve selected your deposit/payment option, you will be taken to a final screen where you can enter payment information and complete the transaction. If you are registering more than one child, at the top right side of the screen is a black button “register another person” that will take you through the process again for another child. Before finalizing the registration, you must check the box at the bottom of the screen authorizing Gateway charge you the balance on June 1st. You cannot complete the registration without checking this box. However, we will not charge you the balance without letting you know. If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, we will not charge you the balance, although we cannot refund the deposit. All balances must be paid by June 1st; however, we can charge you the balance earlier if you would like.
- Please fill out the registration information as completely as possible. If contact information, insurance information or anything else changes between the time you register and camp, please let us know.
- If your child has a friend coming to camp, we will do what we can to have them be in the same group. We shouldn’t have any problem grouping friends of the same gender and grade. It gets trickier putting friends together who are in different grades. If we are able to group them together, the older child is almost always moved down to a younger group in order to be with his/her friend. - Our refund policy is not completely in place yet. Refunds will be available (deposits are non-refundable) but the final date for refunds (probably sometime in June) has not been selected.
